2. Personal data we process
Quote form data is not stored on the website’s servers. Submitting the form opens the email app on your device, and the details are sent to Neta from your own email account once you choose to send them.
- Homepage contact form: your name, email address and the subject you enter.
- Quote form: transport mode, origin and destination, company name (optional), your name, email address, phone number (optional) and notes (optional).
- Technical data: records generated while the website runs, such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited and timestamps.
- Usage data: only if you accept analytics cookies, aggregate usage information collected through Google Analytics 4, such as pages viewed, visit duration, approximate location (country/city level), and device and browser type.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to your requests, questions and quote enquiries and to contact you,
- To prepare quotes for transport and warehousing services and to manage a possible contract,
- To prevent misuse of the forms and keep the website secure,
- With your consent, to measure how the website is used and how it performs in aggregate (Google Analytics 4),
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. How we collect it and the legal basis
Personal data is collected electronically, directly from you through the website forms and automatically while you use the website.
We process it under Article 5(2) of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), necessary to meet a legal obligation (ç), and necessary for Neta’s legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
Processing through Google Analytics 4 is based solely on your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1)). Analytics cookies are off by default, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the “Change cookie preference” link at the bottom of every page.
5. Who we share it with
Your personal data may be shared with the following groups only as far as needed for the purposes above:
- Email delivery provider (Resend): to deliver messages sent through the homepage contact form to Neta by email.
- Hosting provider (Vercel): to serve the website and keep server logs.
- Google (Google Analytics 4): only if you accept analytics cookies, to measure website usage in aggregate. No advertising, remarketing or ad-personalisation features are used.
- Google (Google Maps): maps embedded directly on the Tuzla and Mersin warehouse pages load when the page opens. Google may then process technical connection data such as your IP address and device and browser details under its own privacy policy.
- Competent public authorities: only where there is a legal request or obligation.
6. Transfers abroad
The service providers listed above may operate servers outside Turkey, so some of your data may be processed abroad. Contact us for more information about these transfers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as needed to handle your request and manage any resulting business relationship, and for the periods required by applicable law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Security
Neta takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data and to keep it safe. Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to authorised people.
9. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to Neta to:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about it if it is,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Ask for corrections, deletions or destruction to be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
- Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

We respond free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
